A. Remanence (reflection tool)
1. Nature of the service. Remanence is an educational, AI-assisted reflection tool. It interprets the account you provide through a structured framework and returns a written reflection. It is a lens on your own words, not a statement of verified external fact, and not a source of objective truth about you.
2. Not medical or psychological care. Remanence is not a medical device and does not provide medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified practitioner. If you are in crisis, contact a local emergency or crisis service.
3. AI-generated content. Reflections are generated with AI and may contain errors, omissions, or interpretations that do not fit you. You are told when you are interacting with an AI-generated output. Treat the reflection as material for your own consideration, not as instruction to act.
4. Your responsibility. You decide what to share and what, if anything, to do with the reflection. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. Recommended actions, where offered, are provided only within a paid one-to-one session and are still yours to accept or decline.
5. Eligibility. Remanence is intended for adults. Do not use it on behalf of another person without their informed consent.
6. Data. What you share for a reflection is processed to produce that reflection and is deleted afterwards under the zero-retention policy described under Privacy. See the Privacy statement for your rights.
B. General (2Dyles Services)
1. Services. 2Dyles Services provides consultancy, auditing, training, advisory, and related work. Specific engagements are governed by their own written agreements, which take precedence over these terms where they conflict.
2. No professional-regulatory finding. Outputs from any tool or engine on this site are decision-support material requiring review by a qualified human professional. No output constitutes a regulatory finding, legal or financial advice, or a professional opinion unless issued under a signed engagement.
3. Payments. Donations are voluntary and are not payment for goods or services. Paid sessions and other paid services are described at the point of purchase. Receipts are issued by the relevant payment provider.
4. Cancellation. Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled through the links in your booking confirmation; the cancellation and refund terms shown at booking (in the scheduler) are the operative policy.
5. Intellectual property. All frameworks, methodologies, content, and software remain the property of 2Dyles Services, as set out under Intellectual Property above. No licence is granted except in writing.
6. Confidentiality. Information you share is handled under the standing NDA described under Blanket NDA above.
7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2Dyles Services is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or the educational outputs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
